Welcome! I’m Heather, and I am here to support you in the unveiling your highest self. Through Yoga, Craniosacral Therapy, Wellness Massage and Thai Massage, I offer a safe and nurturing space for you to show up exactly as you are, with whatever life brings. When working together we will formulate a Yoga practice or treatment session that is in alignment with the comfort and needs of both your body and being. What should I expect during my first yoga session?

In your first session, we’ll take the time to understand your needs and goals. I’ll guide you through poses and breathing exercises tailored to your abilities, ensuring you feel supported, safe, and ready to relax and grow.

How do I book a session?

Booking with me is easy! Click on “Book a Session.” From there, you can select the service you’d like, choose a time that works for you, and confirm your appointment.

What should I wear or bring to a yoga or wellness session?

Wear something comfortable and breathable that allows you to move freely. For yoga, you can bring your own mat if you like, but don’t worry if you don’t have one—I’ve got you covered. For wellness sessions, you just need to bring yourself, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Are your therapies suitable for beginners or those with specific health conditions?

Absolutely! Everything I offer is customized to suit your unique needs and abilities. During our first consultation, we’ll chat about any health concerns so I can make sure your experience is both safe and effective.

Do you offer group classes or only one-on-one sessions?

I offer both! Group yoga classes are a great way to connect with others and build community, while one-on-one sessions allow me to focus entirely on your specific needs.
